Customer letter:  I got the wooly you sent yesterday and just wanted to say thank you again.  It's perfect.  I really appreciate you taking the time to find it and send it to me.  Although I can't find these in stores anymore, it is nice to know I can order them from someone who goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.
