Q: Is each Wooly® Primitive Snowman really handcrafted?
   A: Yes! Each Wooly® Primitive Snowman is indvidually handcrafted in Cokato, Minnesota, USA, ensuring that each snowman is unique and of the highest quality.

Q: How big are the Wooly® Primitive Snowmen?
       A: Most of the snowmen are approximately 3"D x 3"W x 5"H. The Wooly® Primitive Snowman also comes in mini and large sizes. Check the individual product for each product measurement.

Q: How do I get the "free shipping" offer?
    A: If you live in the continental USA and spend $75 or more, your shipping cost will automatically be deducted from your order.

Q: What does it mean by "Hat color and patterns will vary"?
    A: The Wooly® Primitive Snowman comes in a wide variety of hat colors and patterns. The snowmen you receive will more than likely have different hat color and pattern from the one shown on the website. We guarantee that you will be happy with results. If not, we will exchange it for another or refund your purchase 100% upon its return.

Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?
       A: Many orders will ship on the next day, but please allow us five business days to ship. During the Christmas and holiday season, orders may take somewhat longer to fill. The shipping time depends on the shipping option chosen at checkout. Next-day and other express options may be available too.

Q: Is my credit card information safe?
       A: Absolutely! We will not even see your credit card information. We do not sell any of your other information. Your information is used for shipping and our own marketing and it is 100% secure! You may opt out of our marketing at anytime.
